Additionally our service can document your personal property prior to a move or storage in the event you need to prove damage or theft.

Our Services Includes:

Homeowner Inventory

  • A VHS video taping starting with the outside of your home. Inside of your home every room (including the garage and basement) is taped showing all the contents
  • Digital photographs to supplement the video tape. These high quality images record in greater detail all your collectibles, antiques, jewelry, furs, furniture, cars, boats, etc.
  • Written records of each item of value including a description, serial/model numbers, cost and estimated or appraised value.
  • Estate organizer worksheet.
  • A review of insurance to verify coverage of valuables.

Garap Home Inventory will present your completed documentation in an attractive portfolio. Your digital images will be recorded permanently on a CD as well as visually displayed in your written documentation. We will secure a backup copy for you, and at your request submit a copy to your Insurance Company and/or Police Department.

Small Business Inventory

  • A VHS video taping starting with the outside of your Business. Inside of your office including all conference or meeting rooms
  • Digital photographs to supplement the video tape. These high quality images record in greater detail all your furniture, office equipment, file storage units, and network components
  • Written records of each item of value including a description, serial/model numbers, cost and estimated or appraised value.

 

Moving, Landlord, or Tenant Documentation

  • Provide a video recording of the condition of the premises (interior and exterior) prior to occupation by tenant.
  • Document and photograph any existing damages or deficiencies.
    Provide written documentation of condition for both parties.

Attorneys and/or Financial and Estate Planners.

  • Provide a detailed written and photographic records of collections, appraised items, or individual items of interest to the particular needs of the client
  • Complete inventories available for wills or auction sales of estates.


Secure Documentation.
You will feel secure knowing that your home inventory will be compiled on a computer that is not connected to the Internet and is not part of a network domain. All records are converted to digital media and printed documents. A back up copy of the inventory is stored in a secure off premises facility.

All home inventories are referenced by a unique client number generated at the time the inventory is created and stored information cannot be accessed by name, address, phone number or any other personal information
